Dr. Macha is a Double Board Certified physician who earned her medical degree at the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She completed dual residency training in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, training in both New York and Pittsburgh.
Across roughly twenty-five years as a practicing attending physician specializing in Emergency Medicine, she has handled complex procedures across multiple specialties. Her work and training have spanned New York, Pittsburgh, the San Francisco Bay Area, Philadelphia, and Michigan.

Her Path to Regenerative Aesthetics
In 2017, Dr. Macha founded CosMedic LaserMD, a medical spa and laser specialty center in Ann Arbor, dedicated to medical aesthetics and wellness with a focused interest in regenerative aesthetics. The practice grew out of a deliberate change in direction after a long hospital career.
Years of treating patients in the hospital, through pain, injury, sickness, and mental illness, sparked a wish to make a meaningful impact in a different way. That calling drew on a long-held interest in health, wholeness, skin health, and regenerative medicine.
