Appointments
What are your office hours? +
CosMedic LaserMD is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evenings and Saturdays are available by appointment only, and we are closed on Sundays.
We are also closed on major holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. We occasionally close for training and occasionally open for scheduled appointments arranged in advance.
How do I schedule an appointment? +
You can schedule in whichever way is easiest for you. Book online through our PatientNow scheduling tool, call our office at 734-215-9390, or use the patient portal if you are an existing patient.
What if I need to reschedule? +
Please call our office at 734-215-9390 at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We will work with you to find another date that fits your schedule.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment? +
A little preparation makes your first visit smooth and unhurried. Please bring the following:
- Your completed new patient intake form, available through the patient portal or as a download
- A list of your current medications and any medical conditions
- A list of medications and allergies, kept current on your intake form
- A photograph of the skincare products you are currently using

What happens during my first visit? +
We conduct a thorough examination on your first visit to understand your skin, your health, and your goals. From there, your physician recommends the best course of action to support your cosmetic health honestly.
Why do I need to discuss my medical conditions with the doctor? +
Many health conditions show up in the skin and can affect how a treatment behaves, so your medical history genuinely matters. Sharing it helps your physician plan the safest, most effective approach for you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen situations arise. If you need to miss an appointment, please call us in advance so we can offer your time to another patient.
A no-show is charged $100, and our cancellation policy applies when less than 24 hours' notice is given. We block your scheduled time specifically for you, so we appreciate your understanding. We value your time, and this policy helps us respect everyone's.
